Vacuum Plant

BAMC Vacuum Plant is a robust skid mounted frame system with compact component layout, combines easy installation and maintenance.

All interconnection piping and copper connections are supplied pre-assembled and single point connection make installation easy.

 

Feature:

Two types of pumps are available.

♦ Oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump is robust and much reliable, provides high

rate of vacuum flow

♦ Oil-free claw vacuum pump operates contact-free, neither oil nor operating fluids

are required during compression, requires almost no maintenance. The pump

achieves high efficiency level, as operating contact-free makes energy consuming

60% lower and requires almost no maintenance

♦ 7 or 10 inch touch color display

♦ Display provides visual features include suction pressure, pump status, running

time, as well as below warning indication:

-Ambient temperature alarm

-Overload alert

-Standby pump starts running

The central controller has local alarm, and embedded web server enables remote

monitoring

Alarm history log shows date, time and fault type

♦ The PLC controller has human body infrared sensor, screen light on as stuff

approach, and dim out as stuff leave
